If you have lost access to your Session ID and you do not have your recovery phrase (13 words) noted then you will have lost that Session ID.
The only way to restore a Session ID is through this recovery phrase, not even we can help.
If you have found yourself in this situation then you're only option is to start again with a new Session ID. This time, please remember to take note of your recovery phrase.
