There is no direct reporting system currently built into Session.
If you come across a Session ID that you do not wish to speak with you can simply block them from your own client. To block a Session ID you can follow these steps:
Mobile:
- From the main conversation screen you can long-press on the desired Session conversation
- Select block
- Confirm block
Desktop:
- Right-click on the desired Session conversation
- Select block
